Computed tomography (CT)
The 24/7 CT scanner at the Szmaragdowa Clinic is a modern diagnostic tool that enables quick and accurate detection of health problems in our patients. Thanks to advanced technology, our clinic offers accurate assessment of bone structures, soft tissues, and air-filled organs. This is particularly helpful in the diagnosis of injuries, tumors, respiratory and neurological diseases, providing comprehensive care 24 hours a day. Computed tomography allows making faster decisions regarding further treatment.
X-ray Our team of veterinarians works on the “GIERTH HF 200A PLUS” X-ray machine with a digital imaging diagnostic system.

Our X-ray laboratory offers:
- general X-rays of the chest, abdomen, pelvic cavity, musculoskeletal system (including X-rays for elbow and hip dysplasia detection) and head and neck
- contrast examinations of the gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, spinal canal and fistulas.
Pregnant women, children and adolescents under the age of 18 may not participate in X-ray examinations. Thyroid disease and cancer are also contraindications for assisting in radiological examinations.
